I rarely eat breakfast during the week. And this is a bad idea for many reasons. But the reason I changed up my breakfast game was for school. The first hour in i would either be falling asleep or embarrassed of my stomach growling in class. So i found overnight oats and thought this was a solution to my problem. They look good, and taste even better! My favorite was with raspberries. I kept my recipe simple for the first time. But there are so many creative ways to eat these!
1/2 cup oats, 2/3 cup coconut milk, and add your choice of fruit. Easy!
I put them in the fridge overnight and had breakfast ready for four days!
